Whether you’re in the Melbourne CBD or Groote Island in Northern Territory, we believe everyone deserves free delivery. The only limitation is whether our contracted delivery agent services that location. If in doubt, contact us by phone or email, and we can confirm with you prior to purchase.

Give us your address and phone number at the checkout, and we’ll sort out the rest. For metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and Brisbane all mattress orders placed by 2pm will be delivered next day (excludes weekends and public holidays). Accessories such as base, sheets, pillow, protector and dog bed may be shipped separately and arrive at a later date to your mattress order. Most other locations will be delivered within 3 and 7 business days, while most remote areas will take up to 14 business days. *Due to COVID-19 restrictions our delivery partners are experiencing longer than usual lead times and some deliveries may take longer then the averages above. Our mattress works well on any stable and level base, which has the muscle power to support it. We recommend choosing a slat or slat-ensemble bed base. All bases, double and larger, should have good central support.

We believe a mattress should always be used with a mattress protector, for just-in-case scenarios. Mattress protectors are a great shield against spills and stains, so they can extend the durability and lifespan of your mattress dramatically.

Because our mattresses are one sided, you don’t need to worry about flipping your mattress on your own. But we do recommend rotating your mattress from top to bottom every few months.

At Sleep Republic, we believe that everyone is entitled to a great night’s sleep, completely risk-free. If, for any reason, within 100 days of purchase, you don’t like your mattress, we’ll refund you. Your mattress just needs to be undamaged and unmarked. We’ll arrange to collect it from you, if necessary.

No. We want your purchase to be completely free from risk. We don’t charge pickup or transport fees, as long as your area is serviced by one of our collecting charities. Sometimes, we include items like pillows or sheets as part of a special offer with your purchase. We’ll need those back if you want a full refund. All returned mattresses are usually donated to the Salvos, or another of our charities. We will never resell a mattress after it has been used.
