Delivery to your home outside the CBD in Sydney will arrive within 7-10 business days, while areas outside of Sydney in New South Wales are delivered within a maximum of 21 days. Please note that these delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. In addition, you may receive your accessories such as the pro base, pillows, and sheets outside these delivery times as they are occasionally shipped separately.

How quickly can you deliver my mattress?
We endeavour to deliver our mattress to our clients as quickly as possible. However, depending on location accessibility and the capabilities of our transport network, we cannot offer all locations similar delivery times.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery is to your front door, our deliverers do not authorise their staff to enter your premises and cannot take your product upstairs due to OH&S rules.
Due to peak season and high demand for online goods, we are experiencing longer than usual shipping delays across our delivery network. Our team are doing their best to work with all our delivery partners to get your order to you as quick as possible.
Important Christmas Period Information
Our warehouse will be closed from 20th December 2024 and will reopen on 2nd January 2025.
Cut-off for Deliveries:
The cut-off for deliveries to metro areas scheduled for 2nd January 2025 is 2pm on the 19th December 2024.
Orders Placed After the Cut-off:
All deliveries placed between 2pm, 19th December 2024, and 2nd January 2025 for metro areas will be delivered on 3rd January 2025, subject to stock availability.

In Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Gold Coast we can offer next day delivery for mattress orders placed before 2pm. Take note: we’re not talking about ‘ship next day’ – we look to deliver next day! (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Most other locations will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days, while the most remote areas may take up to 14 business days. Please see below for current applicable delivery lead times. All Christmas period delivery information can be found above in the IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION section.
Also, please note that accessories such as the pro base, pillow, sheets, protector, and dog bed may be shipped separately and arrive later than the mattress delivery.

What impacts mattress delivery time?
Australia is a big country and doesn’t have a heavily developed regional rail network for freight, nor the large number of high population centres that Europe or the US have. Often deliveries will be shipped via regional warehouses and dispatched to the final address by a different vehicle or specialist carrier for that location (just like many airline ‘hub and spoke’ operations).
Although the majority of our deliveries are next day, in some locations the final delivery runs don’t happen every day because of the distances and sparse population, they might only be once or twice a week.
Packaged for Delivery
The compression and packaging technology we use ensures that the mattress is safely wrapped and cocooned for its often very lengthy journey.
Each mattress is vacuum sealed and rolled before being put in a tough plastic sleeve for further protection.
All this is then secured in a tough heavy duty outer carton with its own wheels and handle to help with manoeuvring.
The lengthy transport process can often be harsh on boxes but as bad as the ‘battle scars’ can sometimes seem the mattress is sheltered from all of this and ready for action after unpacking.

Is it difficult to unpack my Sleep Republic mattress?
No, your Welcome Pack comes with simple instructions on opening your mattress and includes a specialised tool to help cut the plastic without risk of damaging the mattress fabric. The mattress will only need to be left to expand and breathe for a few hours, so you can sleep on it the very first night you have it.
How important is it to use a mattress protector with my new Sleep Republic mattress?
Investing in a good quality mattress is a great idea. We strongly encourage using a washable mattress protector to help avoid accidental stains and protect sensitive sleepers from allergens. To clean your mattress protector, please avoid harsh solvents and chemicals. A damp cloth is sufficient to wipe clean any small spillages. Always allow your mattress protector to dry completely before making your bed again.
Do Sleep Republic's mattresses contain harmful chemicals?
No. Our cashmere fabrics passed extraordinary high testing standards set by CertiPUR-US® in the US for emissions and durability. Our gel Visco memory foam has also been tested by CSIRO closer to home and certified as free of harmful chemical substances.
Will you collect my old mattress?
Unfortunately, we cannot collect your old mattress; however, we will happily connect you with mattresses removers in your area who can help.
What warranties do you offer for the mattress, pillows and protectors?
Our mattresses come with a 12-year warranty against faulty manufacturing or materials. We also provide a 3 year warranty on our pillows and 12-month warranty on our sheets and protectors.
