DELIVERY
Delivery of your hybrid mattress is made promptly to your door. We can arrange next-day delivery to most capital cities, and all other areas receive prompt delivery within a week. Rural and remote areas may need to wait up to 14 business days.
UNPACK YOUR MATTRESS
Along with your mattress, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack. It’s full of handy information and includes a special opening tool to make setting up the mattress easy. You and a friend should set it up within a few minutes.
TRIAL PERIOD
We recommend trying the mattress for at least 14 days. Changing mattresses, even when upgrading from something older that’s underperforming, takes time for the body to get used to – like all new relationships!
MATTRESS TRIAL RETURNS
When we say we want you to “love it or your money back”, we really mean it! Most of our customers love our mattresses, but we understand that everyone is different, and it may not suit your needs. If that’s the case, we are happy to refund your purchase price in full.
Please contact us at info@sleeprepublic.com.au and let us know if you want to return the mattress. We also require a photo showing the mattress’s condition to ensure we can send it along to our charity partners. We will arrange a time for collection and request that you be present on the day of collection.
Once collected, we will process the refund within 7 days.
