You can remove the blue outer wrapper with a pair of scissors that have a rounded point, so they don’t puncture the inner vacuum bag or damage the mattress . The mattress can then be unrolled just like a very large newspaper. NB exercise caution while unrolling as the mattress can unroll quickly if the inner vacuum bag has been punctured.

Choosing the right mattress base is important to ensure the longevity of our mattresses. Curved or flexible type slats and sprung bases are not suitable. The gaps between slats should not exceed 8 – 10cm. Wider gaps will not provide adequate support for the mattress.
