- We think a mattress should always be used with a mattress protector.
- Any stains or marks on the mattress should be removed with careful wiping or dabbing with a damp cloth.
- Don’t use solvents or chemicals and don’t over wet.
- Allow the area to dry before covering again.
- You do not need to flip your Sleep Republic mattress. We have designed our mattress as a single sided pillow top with the best quality pocket spring core and pillow top contents.
- Rotating the mattress, top to bottom, monthly will keep it in top condition.

With slightly firmer springs around the outside, our dynamic edge support will support you right up to the edge of your mattress. The results are in. Our mattresses are designed and built to last. We’ve used scientific testing with a heavy duty roller, dead weight compression, seating edge testing, and rapid bouncing pressure. These tests put 1,400N of force in different actions across all areas of the mattress 36,000 times to simulate 12 years of use.

Your Welcome Pack with opening instructions and an opening ‘tool’ is included inside the mattress box. You can remove the blue outer wrapper with a pair of scissors that have a rounded point, so they don’t puncture the inner vacuum bag or damage the mattress . The mattress can then be unrolled just like a very large newspaper. NB exercise caution while unrolling as the mattress can unroll quickly if the inner vacuum bag has been punctured.

Whether you're in the Melbourne CBD or Groote Island in Northern Territory, we believe everyone deserves free delivery. The only limitation is whether our contracted delivery agent services that location. If in doubt, contact us by phone or email, and we can confirm with you prior to purchase.

Sleep Republic provides a 12 year warranty on The Mattress sold online. This warranty covers;
- Faulty workmanship or materials.
- Body impressions or visible indentation or sag in the mattress surface, while no weight is applied, of greater than 3.5cm.
In order for the mattress to wear evenly we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 2 weeks for the first month then once every month for the duration of the warranty period. Failure to rotate your mattress may cause the mattress not to wear evenly and will void the warranty.
This warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the performance of the bed. These include slight variations to size and colour.
- Odour. Some materials have a natural or new odour.
- Damage caused by incorrect opening of the mattress or failing to follow delivery and unpacking instructions.
- Handles (where fitted) should only be used to position the mattress and should never be used to carry the mattress or support the full weight of the mattress.
- Use for commercial, rental or other business purpose (including but not limited to hotel use, Airbnb etc.). In such cases the warranty period is 12 months.
- Damage caused by abusive handling, misuse.
- Failing to use the mattress with the proper foundation or base that has support including centre support.
A waterproof & breathable mattress protector is highly recommended at all times of use.
