If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 100 nights and we’ll arrange to collect it free of charge and refund your money. We recommend trying the mattress for at least 14 days because we know that changing mattresses, even from a bad one, takes the body time to get used to – like all new relationships. Splitit is a global payment solution enabling shoppers to pay for purchases with an existing credit card by splitting the cost into 4 interest-free monthly payments. Splitit requests authorization from the shopper’s card company, reserving the total purchase amount from the shopper’s available line of credit. Then, each month, according to the shopper’s payment plan, the installment amount is collected and Splitit requests authorization for the remaining balance. Please note that the held amount might show as ‘pending transaction’ on your card statement. Splitit requires no application or registration. You provide us with your address and mobile contact number at checkout. For metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Gold Coast mattress orders placed by 10am will be delivered usually between 2 to 6pm same day subject to stock availability (excludes weekends and public holidays). Accessories such as base, pillow, sheets, protector and dog bed may be shipped separately and arrive at a later date to your mattress order. For other areas delivery will usually be between 3 and 7 business days depending on location (up to 14 business days for some rural and remote areas). Please note: delivery is to your front door, our deliverers do not authorise their staff to enter your premises and cannot take your product upstairs due to OH&S rules. Our mattress works well on any stable and level base substantial enough to support it. It will live happily on a solid slat bed or upholstered slat ensemble base or even the floor if that’s what you want, although if placed on the floor we recommend regular airing of the under side of the mattress. All beds & bases, double and larger, should have good central support. We do not recommend the use of Posture or spring slat bases which change the feel and support provided by the mattress.
